This is the first important step towards tackling and overcoming the challenges you want to address.  And I know this is the most difficult step for some people.

That’s why I offer a FREE up to 30 minute free first consultation, for all new clients. This allows us to talk about your needs, and to establish if we are a good fit for the work. I will also answer any questions you may have.

I work out of a number of locations in Nottingham, and will provide the address upon arranging our first face-to-face session. Home visits are also available.
